An army drone targeted the Adé crossing (Adé Kong area) in West Darfur State today, Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
The Adé Kong crossing, which connects Chad and Sudan, is one of the most vital land crossings for delivering humanitarian aid to civilians in the region. Eyewitnesses reported to the organization that the bombardment, which occurred around 5:00 PM Sudan time, targeted the fuel market. The attack resulted in the injury of 6 people, who were subsequently transported to Adé Hospital.
The strike caused widespread panic and fear among the citizens. The organization calls on the UN Security Council to pressure the army to stop targeting the crossing, which serves as a lifeline for more than 6 million people in the Darfur regio
